Ailín García Byrne is a Law Clerk working primarily with Spanish-speaking clients. She is a student at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law using her education to preserve human dignity and rights, focusing especially on international migrants and women.

She graduated from Augustana College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies specializing in social justice, stakeholder engagement, and global climate negotiations; with a minor in Creative Writing. Since then, she has worked in immigration form preparation, document translation, and interpretation.

Her experience of growing up in Argentina and her certification in Yoga Philosophy informs the compassionate way in which she connects clients and the law.
